My initial goal was to feel amazing on my wedding day. During my "preparation" I went over seas for 3.5 weeks and Beth told me to hit protein and fibre, gave me some workouts I could do in a park or the hotel room and to enjoy myself. She gave me confidence that everything wouldn't come undone and I knew I would be able to maintain my nutrition while I was overseas.
