Earlier this year I made the decision to join Beth’s team as an online client, and my gosh was it worth it! 

I’ve always been an active person and thought I had a fairly decent understanding of fitness, nutrition and all that jazz; however when I started my program with Beth she introduced me to a whole lot more that I did not know! She is such a motivating and enthusiastic coach when it comes to fitness and health. Her passion is so inspiring and she encourages you to be the best you can be, not just at the gym but in every day aspects of life! I feel stronger, more confident and ready for whatever life throws my way all thanks to the workouts Beth designed for me! 

One of the most important things I’ve learnt and definitely appreciate a lot is to not be afraid of food! Food is fuel - it literally keeps us alive and although I’ve always had a slight obsession with food at the best of times, I now know so much more and have an even bigger appreciation of what food does to our bodies!
