Almost close to 2 years ago I approached Beth and it was by far the best decision I've ever made. Before I started with Beth I was in a really bad state of mind, I had no self-belief, I was physically drained as I was doing enormous amounts of exercise, I basically just hated myself and I just felt lost. I was so over feeling like this and that when I knew I wanted a change and I came across Beth's page. I was so uneducated with my food and training and I cannot believe how much I have learnt within the time being with Beth. Beth is not like every other coach out there, she actually cares about you and how you feel and has you in her best interest, you're not just another client to her. When I first started I was so so quiet, I struggled talking to people, I was so anxious inside the gym to the point I would not train as I was scared of what people thought of me. After a few weeks with Beth this all started to change, I began to see and feel results within the first few weeks!! Over the past 2 years I have done so many things I never thought were possible for me, because, as I said, I'm such a shy introverted person but I have grown so so much.
