MACROS: C 61g, 13P, 26F, 9 FIBRE

  • 60g Banana

  • 50ml egg whites

  • Almond milk ( roughly 50ml )

  • 30g wholemeal flour

  • 30g quick oats

  • 10g almond meal

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda


  1. Mash banana, and add all wet ingredients in, whilst whisking the egg whites.

  2. Whisk in dry ingredients

  3. On a medium setting, in a non stick pan, cook into pancakes

  4. Mix the cacao in with the ricotta, and warm in microwave

  5. Once pancakes are cooked, top with the ricotta, berries and maple syrup, add some crushed nuts such as almonds or walnuts if you desire.
