Carbohydrates: 14g 

Protein: 7g

What you will need:

  • 120g mashed banana 

  • 60ml egg whites 

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 

  • 100ml almond milk 

  • 40g buckwheat flour or flour or choice.

  • 30g vanilla protein powder. 

  • 20g coconut flour.

  • 20g coconut nectar syrup (or maple syrup)

  • 5g coconut oil

  • Designated coconut to sprinkle on top.


  1. Preheat oven on high bake at 180 degrees. 

  2. In a mixing bowl, mash banana, then add in egg whites, baking soda, and almond milk, and mix well.

  3. Add in all dry ingredients, mix well. 

  4. Add in coconut nectar syrup. 

  5. In a donut mould (can also make this into brownies in a small pan if you donut have a donut mould ;)) evenly distribute mixture, and then add designated coconut on top of each donut. 

  6. Bake for 20 minutes.

  7. Enjoy!
