Macros per donut:

Carbohydrates: 15g 

Protein: 6.3g 

Fat: 1.5g

What you will need:

  • 150g mashed banana 

  • 60ml egg whites 

  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda 

  • 100ml almond milk 

  • 65g buckwheat flour or flour or choice.

  • 35g happy way choc pea protein (or chocolate protein powder of choice)

  • 20g cacao powder

  • 20g date syrup (or maple syrup)

  • 15g milk or dark chocolate chips


  1. Preheat oven on high bake at 180 degrees. 

  2. In a mixing bowl, mash banana, then add in egg whites, baking soda, and almond milk, and mix well.

  3. Add in all dry ingredients, mix well. 

  4. Add in date syrup. 

  5. In a donut mould (can also make this into brownies in a small pan if you donut have a donut mould ;)) evenly distribute mixture, and then add choc chips on top of each donut. 

  6. Bake for 20 minutes.

  7. Enjoy!
