I’ve been doing personal training for many years, but never really felt like I was making any targeted progress. I started training with Beth in 2018 for a change up from my previous workouts and what a difference! I have never felt stronger. I feel like Beth is really accessible to all fitness levels. You never feel like your asking a stupid question or that you’re doing things wrong, she’s always got your back and makes sure your progress is the top priority. 
I really love training with Beth and her commitment to not only my fitness but all aspects of my health both physical and mental have been really inspiring and supportive for me.
