I found Bootys by Beth trending on my instagram news feed so I decided to join one of the sessions and it’s one of the best things I’ve done! 

I have been training with Bootys by Beth since the beginning of the year and have loved it so far.

I usually go 1-2 times a week and have seen a continual improvement with my form, adding heavier weights generally and pushing myself more each week. The one thing I love about each class is the energy Beth brings and the diverse range of training glutes either with body weight, bands, kettle bells, barbell etc. 

I also love that she teaches you different work outs that can easily be done at your home if you don’t have time for the gym.

 I would highly recommend Beth to anyone at whatever level of fitness as she is knowledgeable, committed and inspirational!
